About Liene Pumpure

Over two decades in the dynamic dance of people and IT business, I've grooved through various HR roles - from recruitment to talent tango, HRIT cha-cha, and Change Management salsa. Now, considering a switch from the customer side to becoming a Customer Success Partner, because why not swap the dance partners? With a belief that an organization's success hinges on an open, innovative, and teamwork-infused culture (plus a sprinkle of AI magic), I've been orchestrating HR processes and Change Management symphonies. Certified Agile maestro, I've led the dance with SAP SuccessFactors and spun around with ServiceNow HRSD since 2020 in finance, IT, engineering, retail, and shared service centers. Passionate about unlocking individual potential, fostering diversity on the dance floor (hello D&I), and choreographing the perfect moves for data-driven decisions and AI's meaningful business jig. Since 2011, moonlighting as a coach, specializing in polishing the dance moves of team leads, managers, project wizards, and product virtuosos. Let's waltz through reskilling, upskilling, and finding the rhythm of meaningful work together!#HRMaestro #ChangeChoreographer #DanceWithData Update by ChatGTP. Prompt:" Rewrite short, crisp, fun" Enjoy! Liene
