More than eight years ago, my life changed, but I learned from this situation, and it was a crucial point that changed my lifestyle, changed my outlook on many things, and gave me completely new opportunities. The new situation made me learn, gain experience in things I had never known before. That's how I started learning and learning more about what we can describe as "vegan,""gluten-free," or "healthy." As a result, food production was an industry that fascinated me more and more. Currently, I use my knowledge in my food production company SIA "Safīra L", which is engaged in the production of fruit, berry and vegetable powders and vegan and gluten-free confectionery. I have complete knowledge of both production and administrative processes in the company. I am also an associate professor and I share my knowledge and experience with students, I motivate them to achieve something in life, not to be afraid to start their own companies. The study courses I teach students are related to the planning and organization of production processes, risk management. As a leading researcher, I have always been fascinated by regional economic research, especially research related to the development of a specific local area through the production of local products, the development of tourism. Science and business need to be linked, it helps entrepreneurs find the right researchers who can try to solve current business problems, create new product prototypes or develop a marketing plan. I participate in various business organizations, I like to help others find solutions.
