About Lieren McElroy

I’m an Executive Administrative Professional with contagious optimism, exceptional EQ, and a deep belief that great leadership is built not only through vision, but through the strength of the structures and relationships that support it.Over the past 7+ years at Akamai Technologies, I’ve partnered closely with VP’s to bring clarity, organization, and operational flow to complex, fast-moving environments. My work lives at the intersection of detail and strategy, ensuring that big-picture ideas are executed with precision and care. I am a trusted partner in day-to-day administrative functions, and excited to create the environment where my leaders can do their best work.Recently, I’ve stepped into a new area of focus: exploring how AI can enhance administrative and operational work in a practical, human-centered way. Following the rollout of AI technologies across our organization, I immediately began developing internal frameworks and resources to help administrative professionals reduce overwhelm, build confidence, and integrate AI into their daily workflows. I’m particularly interested in:• AI enablement for administrative and operations professionals• Systems design and process optimization• Building scalable knowledge resources and internal infrastructure• Leadership through influence and community-driven initiativesAt my core, I’m someone who enjoys making complex things simpler, making the days of others brighter, approaching all challenges with optimism, inspiration, and humanity, and helping people feel more capable and confident in the work they do.
