About Liisa Sollo

Hi, I'm Liisa, I work as a Media Design Expert in the electrical energy industry. My career began purely in graphic design, gaining knowledge and experience by working in an advertising agency. Later, I moved to Austria, where I am currently located, and transitioned to the B2B side as an in-house creative. I've accumulated experience working internationally in a multicultural environment for some time now. I like to work in a structured way and keep the longer term in mind. Simplifying is key. I’m open to feedback, flexible and collaborative, and always find room for improvement and development. I’m an advocate for strong brands and their visual identities, which means to me alignment, it speaks to the desired target audience and supports the core of the brand. While also not forgetting that, visual identity is not just about aesthetics but also about achieving and supporting business objectives. The tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Concept Board have become familiar, and I like to take full advantage of the software to stay organized and ease teamwork. I have developed my skills and understanding in Marketing and concept design, project management, leadership skills, business thinking by integrating a brand approach and in Brand management during my Master's studies.
