About Lija Renyn

My experience as a Critical Care Nurse and a Nurse Educator has helped me to gain confidence my clinical skills and in building a wonderful rapport with all the health team members, patients and their family. I moved to Qatar to seek better job opportunities in intensive care practise as well as be a part of the nursing education in the Hamad Medical Corporation. I have conducted cardiology nursing programs and trained my fellow nurses to upskill and improve knowledge and practise.I am able to take critical decisions confidently. I work well with a team and have been good preceptor to my junior nurses. I have also independently conducted various CNE programmes at the state and national levels. My exposure to one among the best world's leading healthcare will help me to be a great asset to any health care delivery organisation and will join hands in the positive growth of the proffessional environment.
