As the Chief of Staff at Eduport Academy Pvt. Ltd, I align our founders' vision with strategic planning for growth, expansion, and innovation. My role encompasses overseeing day-to-day operations, product development, market analysis, and resource allocation, working closely with our CEO and founders to drive Eduport’s mission forward. A key aspect of my work is coordinating with HODs to ensure the development of innovative educational programs. I design and implement academic policies, oversee the delivery of high-quality online learning experiences, and collaborate with tech developers, designers, faculty, subject matter experts, and digital marketing teams to create cutting-edge educational technology solutions. At the heart of our innovation is the Adapt platform, a Gen AI-based personalized learning solution that customizes educational experiences to individual learner needs. By leveraging Machine Learning and AI, Adapt analyzes student performance to provide targeted instruction and feedback, ensuring every student reaches their full potential. As the second in command, I ensure our vision is realized through the collaborative efforts of our diverse and talented team. My focus on strategy, growth, and staff coordination fosters an environment where innovation thrives, and our Adapt platform continues to revolutionize education. I also manage our YouTube and marketing strategies, striving to make quality education accessible and affordable for all. My commitment to learner-centered education drives me to explore the latest advancements in EdTech, making learning more engaging and effective. My journey at Eduport has been marked by significant milestones, including being a runner-up in the Formal Education (K12) category at the EdtechX Awards 2024 during London Edtech Week. We've also been honored with the Best Startup Award at Bharath Pitchathon 2023, the Best EdTech Award at the ET Business Awards, and recognition from the Industrial Minister of Kerala. These achievements underscore our dedication to transforming education globally.
