Roles & Responsibilities Handling End to End Recruitment Company Orientation to Shortlisted Candidates Explanation of Benefits Company Policies • Handling end to end recruitment • Interviewing candidates • Management of the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. • Sourcing of candidates through various channels like job portals social network existing database HR portal advertisements employee referrals networking and placement consultants. • Reviewing resumes & credentials and conducting preliminary interviews to assess suitability of the candidates in terms of appropriateness of work experience technical skills qualifications and aspirations and communication skills. • Closures of positions within the target hire date through rigorous follow-ups. • Ensuring the recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies and other regulatory norms. • Building a rich talent pool of resumes on various niche skills across levels. • Conduct company orientation sessions for shortlisted candidates prior to interview with the client • Explain benefits compensation and salary package to employees including statutory benefits like PF ESI • Explain policies of the recruiting companies to shortlisted candidates – Leave policy Dress Code policy Probation Training Compensation Increase Promotion etc • Guide candidates on required document submission for recruiting companies.
