I am an experienced Operations Manager and Full-Stack Developer with a strong background in technical development, business operations, and digital marketing. Currently, I manage the end-to-end operations at Feedygo, including overseeing our food delivery platform, HRMS system, and other key projects. My role spans across product design, business strategy, technical development, and cloud infrastructure management. I am responsible for Flutter & Dart mobile applications, Laravel PHP APIs, and deployment on AWS EC2. Additionally, I lead the company’s marketing strategy, partnerships, and manage financial operations such as payout calculations and profit & loss analysis. Before joining Feedygo, I worked at Swiggy, where I honed my skills in data analysis, business analysis, and inventory management. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including fleet, sales, and onboarding, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I also played a key role in the recruitment of delivery executives and in setting performance targets. During my time at Amazon, I supported operations by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience across various platforms. I built strong customer relationships and contributed to operational improvements through effective problem resolution. I also worked with S&S Solution, where I managed the credentialing process for radiologists and coordinated hospital partnerships for an online radiology service, ensuring quick report turnaround times and streamlined operations for healthcare providers in the U.S. With a strong technical skill set in Flutter, Dart, Laravel, PHP, SQL, Python, AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and SEO, I stay committed to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies.
