I am a dynamic communications, marketing, human resources business professional with 20+ years experience in business, public relations, human resources, and marketing consulting. My background and experience additionally include Human Resources Partner, Marketing Director, Women in Business Center Director, Customer Service and Sales Manager roles and Website Design, Development and Functionality. I am highly skilled in strategic planning, execution and implementation of high level projects and initiatives. I am passionate about my current work as it allows me to combine two areas of my expertise, that of human resources and marketing in the current environment where human resources is focused on recruitment, engagement, and involvement with the local community. My background and experience allow me an innate ability to see "the big picture" in many areas of business and as a Human Resources professional I am focused on HR marketing with the aim of creating a powerful and positive candidate experience and achieving this through the combination of target group-specific content (employer branding content) and a recruiting marketing strategy. These two components enable me to assist companies in building and maintaining relationships with their candidates, recruiting and retaining employees that contribute to the success of a company while achieving growth, opportunity and job satisfaction. I love working with people, communicating, supporting, empowering and helping others! I love advocacy and service and utilize my background in human resources, customer service, and marketing to live and exemplify the most outstanding and empathetic level of service and support in all work that I do as it mirrors who I am and how I engage with the world. I believe in the necessity to change it up constantly, continually re-educate myself, providing support and education to others by re-evaluating campaigns and processes of learning through the use of analysis to support and empower other women in business, whether a peer, as a mentor, or leader. My career choice allows me to follow and live my bliss. It is very important to me to only work with companies or organizations that understand that employees are a companies most important asset. This is consistent with my own personal ethical beliefs and passion for the right of all people to have access and opportunity to employment that serves their individual needs.
