About Lilach Tsaig

I am an experienced Financial Manager and Senior Controller, adept at orchestrating financial strategies and overseeing diverse teams encompassing billing, bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting. Throughout my career, I've excelled in building and managing budgets while optimizing business procedures and reporting mechanisms. In my pursuit of continuous professional growth, I've recently expanded my expertise by delving into data analysis through a rigorous course (including SQL queries and Tableau analysis and visualization). This additional skill set has empowered me to fuse financial planning and analysis with data-driven insights, and will enable me to implement more robust financial strategies. My approach blends a holistic business vision with a meticulous attention to detail, enabling me to spearhead the initiation and implementation of innovative policies, procedures, and reporting systems. I'm adept at fostering cohesive teamwork and motivating employees, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to negotiate effectively with other senior managers in the organization as well as with other positions outside of it. I am enthusiastic about integrating my extensive financial management background with newfound data analysis capabilities to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiencies. Seeking opportunities to contribute this amalgamation of skills and experience to forward-thinking teams focused on achieving optimal financial outcomes.
