About Lilanthi Wild

I am currently a project lead at Australian Spatial Analytics. The skills I have brought to my current role, and continue to hone, are organization and management based. These include training others in roles I have taken on in my work and volunteering capacities, as well as personal development and supervision. On the more technical side of things my GIS, data and file management skills are a point of pride. Making these skills adaptable and communicating these across projects is an achievement of mine. The knowledge base of my studies in Archaeology and Environmental and Earth Sciences have proven to be invaluable. I have a confident understanding of and extensive experience QGIS, ArcGIS and ArcGIS Pro and experience with CAD based programs and image manipulation. I have used these skills for large, complex client projects. I have 8 years of laboratory and stocktake assistance experience which I completed during high school holidays and then in the UQ Archaeology Labs whilst I studied. I also have 3 years retail experience including cash and EFTPOS handling, cleaning, phone orders and post. Elected positions I have held include: Librarian with the Gladstone Municipal Band (Regional Council affiliated) for 3 years. Librarian for the University of Queensland Archaeological Society, 1 year. Secretary for the University of Queensland Archaeological Society, 1 year. These rolls involved data base creation, data entry and resource management involving a high standard of presentation and communication. I am energetic, enthusiastic and a fast learner. When working in teams I enjoy using my problem solving and interpersonal skills to be a supportive and organized team member. I am a good, polite communicator and act with respect and kindness to all people. I attended the Australian Archaeological Association conference in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2023.
