About Liliana Plesea

I am a passionate, resolution oriented, and performance driven medical professional. Medical doctor, specialist in cardiology with extended experience in clinical research starting as an investigator and gained experienced in project management and operational staff management. Furthermore, over the last 2 years I’ve undertaken all my professional activities form a remote environment that has strengthen my abilities to effectively manage teams across the EU and enhanced communication channels throughout a matrix organization. Acting as FSP manager I’ve been having direct line management responsibilities and supervising a clinical operations FSP team with different operational roles across Europe, while having the oversight of client accounts. Knowledgeable in forecasting resource allocation, conducting interviews and managing staff resource and utilization with a focus on staff retention engagement strategies. Apart from line manager role, in my previous clinical research roles, I gained in-depth knowledge of the overall drug development process and clinical trial operations with a comprehensive understanding of local regulations and GCP/ICH guidelines. Lastly, I have a strong leadership and management background, positive demeanor, driven by interpersonal and communication skills that enabled successful working relationships within my team, global cross functional teams, clients, and vendors.
