I'm currently studying Psychology and Leadership Studies at the University of Iowa, with a strong interest in how people, systems, and organizations grow and adapt. I bring a flexible, people-focused approach to my work—curious about what drives behavior and motivated to help teams navigate change with clarity and confidence. I am continually developing my skills in change management, process improvement, and creative communication, with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and organizational clarity. I take pride in identifying root causes and collaborating with others to create innovative, lasting solutions to complex challenges. I’m especially drawn to work that blends strategic thinking with emotional intelligence, and I value clear communication, thoughtful design, and continuous learning. Whether refining internal systems, designing accessible content, or improving communication strategies, I lead with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to positive change. As I am graduating in December 2025, I'm seeking full-time employment opportunities starting in January 2026 that allow me to contribute to inclusive, forward-thinking environments where continuous learning and improvement are prioritized.
