A broad knowledge of the BC health-care information systems and technical architecture, and in-depth knowledge of epidemiologic and statistical analysis methodology with a background in medicine. Ten years progressive management experience in the areas of leadership, system planning, information management, project management, patient safety and quality improvement to support the operations of a large organization with superior problem solving, critical thinking, and evaluation skills. Over 20 years of experience working with a large, complex, longitudinal PHSA registries and MoH databases. Comprehensive knowledge of business administration including strategic planning, process management, effective facilitation, persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve consensus, resolve conflict and achieve desired outcomes. Advanced knowledge of computerized data systems, databases, tools, and analytical software; Expertise in comprehensive, integrated, longitudinal report design and presentation of statistical, clinical and financial data. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to meet many challenging and competing demands within a limited timeframe in collaboration with program directors and stakeholders. Published over 25 papers in the JAMA, JACC and other high impact peer reviewed journals
