About Lillian Graves

Driven by a passion for leadership, athlete development, and high-performance environments, I currently serve as the General Manager at D1 Training Port Orange and Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Calvary Christian Academy. I am also pursuing my master’s degree in Sports Management at the University of Florida, where I maintain a 4.0 GPA. Most recently, I had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain, where I visited elite performance centers, professional football clubs, and Olympic institutions. This immersive experience broadened my perspective and sparked a desire to explore international roles that allow me to work directly with sports clubs, especially in areas of athlete development, culture-building, and performance strategy. I am passionate about contributing to the global sports landscape and helping clubs elevate their systems to the next level. My long-term goal remains to become a Head Coach at the collegiate level in women’s basketball. I welcome every opportunity, whether as a Director of Basketball Operations, Assistant Coach, or international team support role, as a chance to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Let’s connect if you share a passion for athlete development, international sport, or building successful team cultures!
