About Lillian Hackathorn

Before transitioning to my current role as an Executive Assistant, I had the privilege of being an owner/operator of a successful Hair Studio. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the expectations and demands of being in a leadership position. Throughout my career, with the exception of when I owned my own business, I have been offered job opportunities that I did not actively seek out. While I had other excellent opportunities that presented themselves, the timing was not right for me to pursue them. Some of the jobs that I have accepted in the past include owning and managing a restaurant in a pub and joining the teams of a couple of hair salons that sought me out. Additionally, I was offered and accepted the role of Executive Assistant to the Head of School at Whitinsville Christian. Through my various work experiences, I have developed a strong skill set that has equipped me with the necessary tools to be an effective Executive Assistant. I possess strong organization skills, time management abilities, and a keen eye for marketing opportunities; honed my people skills, the gift of discernment, and the foresight necessary to anticipate the needs of my executive.
