Lillian Rascoe exudes integrity, optimism, and dedication in every aspect of your real estate transaction. Raised in Brooklyn, NY, a state where there is no choice but to rise above the rest, she began her career in sales after graduation from Brooklyn College in 1986 with an Associate’s Degree in Business. Before settling into her niche as a real estate agent she gained sales experience in a variety of areas. Starting off at Flatbush Family Services in Brooklyn, NY as a Grant Writer, she showed her potential by increasing the business budget from to $2.6 mil and adding 4 more programs in just 2 years. After her time spent in Brooklyn, she decided to embark on a new journey by moving to the state of Connecticut where she worked as a Field Sales Representative at Fleet National Bank in Hartford, CT responsible for gaining prospective business in business banking and as an Insurance Agent at Prudential Securities in South Windsor selling insurance products with licenses including Series 6, 63, and Variable Life and Health (ability to sell mutual fund). Incapable of settling, she decided to set the bar higher by studying for and achieving her Real Estate License in 2003. She began small by working at independently owned AG Pennant Real Estate in South Windsor, CT where she rose to the top quickly by achieving Top Agent of the month for 10 consecutive months in a competitive office with 20 agents. She continued her growth in Connecticut with Executive Real Estate in Glastonbury, CT and Keller Williams in West Hartford. With visions of warmth and sunshine Lillian uprooted her northern lifestyle and recently settled in the state of Florida. Currently working at Robert Slack LLC in Orlando FL (Dr. Philips) she aspires to continue on the path of success in the real estate industry. By building strong relationships, knocking down barriers, and using gained knowledge and experience to get her clients what they need and more, Lillian is a cut above the rest.
