Lilly holds the position of Head of Lending & Investment. Having been with Oak since close to its inception, she has grown and evolved with the business over the years, and offers a wealth of knowledge. Lilly oversees several departments across the company, with the objective to improve operational performance by developing processes and strategies to enhance department efficiency, while mitigating risk. She is responsible for the implementation, management and coordination of procedures, data, internal systems and documents in relation to both lending, investment and general brand promotion. Oak Capital is a Funds Manager and Mid-Tier Non-Bank Lender. Oak are one of the leading and most diversified lenders in the country, specialising in lending to SME clients secured by real estate assets. The group have circa $700M of Assets Under Management (AUM) and originate over $1.5B of applications per annum. Lilly has developed a diverse skill set and experience in the mortgage lending market, working closely with all other department heads, as well as the CEO, to ensure smooth internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and associates are maintained at all times.
