About Lilly Hale

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate, supervised by Dr. Crystal Brashear, LPC-S. My goal is to become a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I possess two years of experience providing counseling services in a nonprofit and hospital setting. I currently work as an Adolescent behavioral health therapist in a hospital setting. I have experience in the areas of suicidal ideation, grief, loss, chronic illness, cancer, self harm, depression, anxiety and clients experiencing homelessness. In 2023, I received a Master of Arts in Counseling from Criswell College. I graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. I completed an undergraduate thesis titled,"Death Positive: An Analysis of an Authenticity Movement". After my degree, I spent time working as a funeral assistant at Restland Funeral Home providing compassionate care to families after a loss of a loved one. Additionally, I have served as a co-leader of a grief recovery support group for people who have lost a loved one.
