As an AR Specialist at Lifepoint Health, I am responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and reimbursement for healthcare services. I have over two years of experience in verifying health insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility for various procedures and medications, as well as documenting and updating member accounts with relevant information. I work with providers, insurance representatives, co-workers, and members to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service. I was also a Reimbursement Specialist at CareMetx, where I performed similar duties for a different client base. I have a strong background in data entry, communication, and time management skills, which enable me to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently and effectively. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Communications degree at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, with an intresr in Healthcare. My goal is to learn, grow, and excel in the healthcare industry and anywhere else that allowsme to grow not only as an employee but as an individual, and to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
