I am a dedicated education and mental performance professional with a Master’s Degree in Science, specializing in Sport Psychology, from Florida State University. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and my academic journey has fueled a deep passion for understanding the mental side of sport and physical activity. While at Florida State, I served as an Athletic Academic Mentor, supporting student-athletes in balancing the demands of academics and athletics. My background includes fitness and recreation experience as a Fitness Program Coordinator and Group Exercise Instructor, where I developed strong leadership, communication, and program development skills. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can build meaningful connections and support others in reaching their goals. My diverse experience in academic support, fitness, and customer service allows me to meet individuals where they are, understand their needs, and create environments that foster growth and success.
