About Lilly Sandoval

As a student, I have worked hard to support myself through college while maintaining a healthy and successful professional career as well. I started my journey with Abercrombie & Fitch in 2020 and have since been promoted Three times, first from Brand Representative to Lead Brand Representative, and from Lead Brand Rep to Key holder, and now to my current AM position. I have dedicated time to learning to manage my time well, work in teams, and be business oriented! I have led teams and dedicated my time to growing and supporting my stores goals by being well versed in business metrics, visual merchandising, online and in store marketing, and ensuring my team is always getting the most updated training. While maintaining my career at Abercrombie & Fitch, I have also been a full time student studying Music Education. I got my AA at San Antonio College with an emphasis in Music performance. I have since continued my undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at San Antonio, School of music in Music Education. While at UTSA, I have had experience in developing as an educator and as a musician! In my time as a music major I have learned to be very confident speaking & performing in front of crowds. I have also been well versed in time management while balancing a full time job and full time course load. I have had many performance and education experiences that have been successful with the help of my Mentors and colleagues.
