About Lilly Standfill

I grew up in a small town named St. Paul, Nebraska, and I attended St. Paul Public School. During high school I was very involved and worked hard to do my very best in everything I was a part of and given a leadership role in. I gained many skills through this because I had to learn how to keep a 4.0 GPA, go to practice, work, spend time with family and friends, and organize many different fundraisers. It was very challenging but I learned to persevere, manage my time, and hold all of that responsibility at once. At the University of Nebraska at Omaha I have been studying and preparing myself to one day be in the accounting field. I use my Gallup Strengths throughout every aspect of my day. My strengths include: restorative, relator, responsibility, individualization, and developer. These five strengths mean that every day I'm driven to be dependable, invested, helpful, genuine, friendly, insightful, people-oriented, patient, and a problem solver. I know these qualities will help me achieve my goals in the future all the while creating a good environment that people will want to be around and work with.
