About Lilly Vore

I have worked in the Human Resources field my entire career and cannot imagine choosing a more ideal career path. On my journey I have gained diverse human resources experience, including generalist, specialist and leadership roles in the manufacturing, construction and behavioral healthcare industries, working in both startup and established HR departments. I am also a DISC certified coach and trainer. I am a strong high-level contributor and leader who flourishes when given the opportunity to contribute in ways that will positively influence the company’s culture, reputation and success. I thoroughly enjoy partnering with team members to help them reach their full potential and with leaders to identify and resolve employee and business challenges. I thrive in fast-paced, action-oriented environments with varied responsibilities, and have a strong drive for building structure and employee buy-in around organizational process. I am most engaged when leading and executing strategic initiatives and projects that positively impact company culture and ultimately drive business success.
