About Lilly Zelaya

I began working at age 15 through a summer internship at Unirex Incorporated as an administrative assistant. In 2014, I was hired as a community outreach intern for the "Mario Guerra for State Senate" campaign. I learned how to engage and educate individuals of the community, as well as learned the inner workings of project management. After college, I worked as a Case Manager in Skid Row, where I use effective interviewing techniques, and problem solving skills to aid clients in connecting them to needed resources such as permanent housing. During the pandemic, I had the opportunity to work with Abramson Labor Group as an Onboarding Specialist. Through my hard work ethic and dedication to my clients and the sales team, I was promoted to Case Evaluator, and later to Onboarding Specialist Team Lead. Now I am working as a Recruiting Coordinator for SQA Services for a Quality Consulting company.
