About Lilly Zenor

I’m a critical care clinician and educator focused on making the transition from training to practice more real, supportive, and sustainable. I’ve designed and led programs that help advanced practice providers (APPs) build clinical skills, confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. My work spans academic medical centers, education-focused organizations, and national initiatives strengthening the APP workforce. I’m especially interested in how technology can support deeper learning, meaningful professional growth, and stronger team connections. I've partnered with national PA and specialty organizations on education and workforce development projects, creating resources and programs that support APPs in both clinical and leadership growth. To further this work, I’m pursuing a doctorate in education with a focus on leadership, learning, and organizational change in healthcare.
