I believe great leadership changes lives, and I’ve made it my mission to build it, support it, and help it thrive in workplaces that really matter.At the Queensland Ambulance Service, I’m part of a team that’s shaping the future of leadership across one of the most fast-paced, people-focused environments in the state. As Senior Capability Development Consultant, I design meaningful, accessible learning that supports both current and emerging leaders. Blending evidence-based instructional design, digital tools like Articulate360, and good old-fashioned human connection.I’m deeply passionate about psychosocial safety, inclusive culture, and the power of lifelong learning to shift the way we work, lead, and show up for one another. Whether I’m redesigning a program workbook, consulting with a subject matter expert, assisting with the facilitation of one of the programs in our Leadership Capability Framework, or managing governance and systems behind the scenes, I care about making leadership development feel real.
