Hi! I’m Lily, a fourth-year Bachelor of Business Administration student at Capilano University, concentrating in marketing. As the President of the Capilano University Marketing Association (CAPUMA), I developed my leadership and strategic planning abilities by organizing impactful initiatives, including campus events and workshops, and leading my team. In addition to my academic and leadership experience, I bring six years of restaurant and customer service experience, where I developed communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. These experiences have shaped my ability to connect with people, solve problems under pressure, and deliver outstanding service.
