As a Marketing Director at Christian Dior Couture, I have over 9 years of experience in leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies for one of the world's most renowned luxury fashion brands. I hold an MBA from Singapore Management University and a DBA from Belmont University, with a focus on Economics and Management. My responsibilities include organizing the preparation of annual marketing plans and budgets, proposing candidates for marketing positions, formulating company-wide marketing regulations and systems, and overseeing the hiring, assessment, deployment, promotion, punishment, and dismissal of marketing personnel.
