About Lily Cormier

An inquisitive and meticulous learner, I am driven by the pursuit of creating positive change. I graduated from Northeastern University’s D'Amore-McKim School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Criminal Justice, along with Honors Distinction & Magna Cum Laude honors. From studying sustainability in Denmark to exploring the startup culture in San Francisco, I’ve pursued opportunities that have challenged my global understanding and am guided by the idea of continuous learning. Professionally, I’ve led compliance reporting for $100M+ portfolios at Bain Capital, optimized NOI for $700M in real estate assets at Northland Investment Corporation, and supported data transparency initiatives at a sustainability startup in San Francisco. On campus, I was the Co-Director of Outreach for the WISE Summit, where I spearheaded end-end speaker logistics from sourcing to curating content, all to forward the empowerment of women & underrepresented entrepreneurs. Outside of work, I love traveling, staying active, and listening to acapella—and I’m always eager to connect with others passionate about the legal system, real estate, sustainability, and social impact!
