Lily has over 18 years of increasingly responsible roles of multiple marketing and communication experiences in financial industry, both for foreign banks and 4A agencies, with diversified networks and resources. Strength on market to high net worth and mass affluents in China. For her past experiences, she dedicated to two international banks to build up their branding and business in China from scratch. Being a highly self-motivated leading position recently, her and her team achieved the China CEO award for innovation of communications in Commonwealth Bank of Australia.Before joining Wellington Management, Lily covered brand building, prospecting process, partnership and digital in Standard Chartered Bank and UBS, focus on wealth management business in China; in Commonwealth Bank of Australia, where she was fully responsible for marketing and corporate communications, with a strong focus on China SME business and worked closely with global team in Australia. In her early career development, she also earned branding building experience and Prestige Banking in Hang Seng Bank, China.Academically, Lily holds Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Sydney University.
