As a passionate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Assistant at Troutman Pepper, I am dedicated to fostering inclusive environments and driving meaningful change within organizations. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a minor in Communication Studies from Temple University, I bring a strong foundation in community engagement and nonprofit management.In my current role, I support a team of DEI professionals by organizing impactful training sessions and events, analyzing diversity metrics, and managing logistics to promote firmwide learning. My ability to collect and interpret data helps track progress and identify areas for improvement in our DEI initiatives.Previously, as a Supplier Diversity Associate with the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce, I guided LGBTQ+ owned businesses through the certification process, ensuring their engagement and success. My experience in database management and delivering diversity training underscores my commitment to empowering marginalized communities.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, Foundations, UKG Pro, Salesforce, and various learning management systems, I am equipped to leverage technology in promoting diversity and inclusion.
