I am a certified Project Management Professional who delight in building positive and meaningful collaborations that create successful stories and results. As Portfolio Manager for Manitoba Early Learning and Child Care capital development projects, I am passionate in public stewardship by assisting non-profit child care operators, schools, organizations and local governments develop accessible, quality and affordable new child care spaces across Manitoba for Manitoban families through Early Learning and Child Care capital building funding programs. Past project accomplishments include: Award winning Ready-To-Move Child Care Project from PMI Manitoba 2024 Project of The Year and Manitoba Clerk's Award for Innovation in 2023 through successful collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders from 25 communities across Manitoba in designing, planning and implementing innovative capital child care development initiatives through Ready-to-Move hybrid construction technology; Project managed planning, execution and monitoring of two IBM and PurelyHR timekeeping systems; Consolidation of offices from three locations to a single office; Conducted real estate market researches and developed property development strategies for property developers, streamlined and improved receivables turnover from more than 180 days to 35 days and reduced a quarter million Canadian Dollars of doubtful debts to zero; Project managed fabrication and installation of commercial signs. A natural Philomath and a self-starter, I am highly motivated, dedicated, have a good sense of humor, friendly, detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal and organisation skills. I am also a certified Royal Music of Canada Music Educator with successful track record of music students achieving first class honors with distinction exam results in beginners, intermediate and advance levels. I am grateful to receive a Music Teacher Recognition Award by the Canadian Royal Conservatory of Music for training award winning music students.
