About Lily P.

Throughout my career thus far, I have had the privilege of interacting with thousands of individuals across the nation- learning about each one's unique story, how I can best assist them in finding their ideal career, and how they can be an asset to each and every one of my clients while keeping the applicant experience in mind. I am adept at various business aspects such as recruiting project management, university recruitment, client/stakeholder communication, and recruiting within the full lifecycle across several industries such as Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services and Supply Chain to name a few. The ever-changing landscape and vast opportunity the talent acquisition space has to offer excite me, allowing for the opportunity to continuously grow and improve while learning from others! I consistently seek to learn new skills, undertake new challenges, and push myself out of my comfort zone to continue growing as a professional.
