About Lily Phang

I am an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in international operations and healthcare across Europe, the US, China and Southeast Asia, before transitioning to the startup world. My career began with International SOS, followed by roles in Singapore’s healthcare sector. Having personally cared for my mother-in-law with dementia, I deeply understand the challenges of supporting adults in need. I have immense respect for those who give their seniors unconditional love during their final stages of life. Co-founding Homage with Tong and Gillian, an on-demand homecare service for the elderly in Singapore, which expanded internationally and secured Series C funding, has been a privilege. It made me realize that what I did for my mother-in-law was only a small gesture and I am grateful to support others in this journey. Driven by a commitment to improve the lives of women and children, particularly as a parent of a daughter with ADHD, I co-founded Eblity with Balaji, Ashutosh and Raj. I understand the challenges parents face, especially when caring for children with special needs. Eblity is currently partnering with various organizations to support schools, educators, parents and therapists. We have built a global community of over members from 80 countries and impacted over schools in India through our research-based training, mentorship, resources and software tools. Our mission is to empower caregivers to support children with academic and behavioural challenges, including special needs, helping them reach their full potential. To ensure early intervention, we expanded our services by acquiring KinderPass, a platform focused on early childhood development. KinderPass offers parents a mobile app for children aged 0 to 48 months, featuring milestone tracking and age-appropriate activities; something I wish I had when my own children were younger. In addition, we provide one-on-one interventions, connecting children with experts to address specific challenges. Through KinderPass, we aim to simplify child development support, particularly for families in developing countries, by equipping therapists and parents with the tools and guidance they need to help children thrive.
