Promotion through ranks and files from entry point as Production Supervisor is my testimony of my capability, leadership, management and control skills in running high volume production environment, with excellent track record of exceeding production targets which significantly increase operational efficiency. With my experience, I have come up with variety of techniques and strategies to boost productivities greatly. Independent and highly motivated character with strong drive, demonstrated as someone who delivered and contributes positively towards overall business objectives. A fast learner and a versatile personality with a resourceful in achieving any given target or task, a great sense of teamwork and excellent communication. This is shown by my track record in which I have been able to make a huge difference in the previous companies which I have worked in. I am also Six Sigma Black Belt Trained.
