About Lima Saft

I am excited to be in Transportation Industry at a time of technological innovations that will improve mobility for all and provide better information and connectivity. Public Agencies are there to support private sector's creativity in solving real mobility problems. I am proud to be on the forefront of this effort. We are looking for private companies and public organizations that want to partner with us in testing their Connected and Automated Vehicle technology in real-world environment. As an educator as well as the industry practitioner, I enjoy an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of future transportation professionals by mentoring, sharing professional experience, and being a one of the instructors of the Professional Engineer License Review course offered by Young Member Forum (YMF) of ASCE. As an Innovation Manager at Caltrans Inland Empire, I lead a group of forward-thinking professionals to promote and facilitate innovation, keep innovation on the forefront of business practices. My role is also to establish and foster partnerships with private companies, local agencies and academia. I am proud to serve on the Pacific West Region Council for Women Transportation Seminar (WTS), a professional organization with the mission to promote diversity in the workplace and attract and advance women in transportation industry. This is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling activities of my professional life.
