About Lin Hult

I am a classically trained, method based SAG-AFTRA actor, teaching artist for legal training programs, masters of education programs & mock trials and an American Council on Exercise certified fitness trainer and program developer. A native New Englander I've been active in the NE arts scene for many years, in traditional and dance theatre, as well as original staged productions. I enjoyed three seasons as the sword balancing, fire spinning gypsy Layla @ King Richard's Renaissance Faire, performed with various dance theatre troupes at venues such as Hammond Castle, Hanover Theatre, and Mechanics Hall, and delighted audiences of all ages with my comedic one woman show Shiva from the Harem of the World Traveler, and toured NE as an illusionist with my self-produced show Magic in Motion. I've performed intermittently over the years, taking time off for life events.caretaking for family members and having/raising my son, my Magnum Opus. More recently I've enjoyed working on web series, Indie and Feature Films, working on projects with BU film students, as well as being a Teaching Artist for the District and Superior Court Training Programs and Quinapoxet University Masters of Teaching Program and participating in Jury Studies. As an ACE Certified Fitness Trainer (1995-MS) I developed and regularly teach a Strength & Balance program for active seniors, and I am active in cat rescue and TNR program for feral cats. I recently gained international exposure (pun intended) as Meryl Streep’s body double in Academy Award nominated film Don’t Look Up. Most recently portrayed Catherine Greig, long time gf/moll of notorious Boston crime boss Whitey Bulger played by Neal McDonough, in HUNTING WHITEY, a multi-media stage show written by NY Times best selling authors Casey Sherman & Dave Wedge. Interested in collaborating on Film/TV/Creative Projects. Previous history includes: Assistant to Police Planner @ Worcester Police Department Assistant to Director of Regional Services at MA Easter Seal Society and participated in the annual Jerry Lewis Telethon Admin Assist @ NERep Theatre including writing a successful grant awarded from MA Arts & Humanities. Recipient of Thomas Jefferson Award for successful grants writing Lowes Toolbox, the impetus for Providence St Playground) & volunteer service with Worcester Public Schools.
