About Lin Liu

With over 9 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, I am a passionate and driven Commercial Analytics Manager at Ericsson, the global leader in 5G technology. My core competencies include commercial analytics, market access, business intelligence, and project management. My mission is to continuously improve, simplify, and automate the commercial analytics workflow, optimize the commercial operation process, and enable data-driven strategic decisions and actions for the company. I value innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from working in different roles, teams, and markets. In my current role, I analyze and extract insights into the telecommunication industry, specifically the field RAN SW business model and monetization strategy. I also analyze and report to C-level executives regarding our business performance in terms of commercial management. I leverage my skills in communication, Python, R, MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and MySQL to deliver high-quality and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations. I have successfully supported several strategic commercial initiatives, such as the 5G Radio products portfolio cost optimization, the MLCC shortage mitigation, and the Macro classic & AAS radios HW manufacturing cost analysis. I hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a LEAN and 6Sigma certification from GE Healthcare.
