I help people to rediscover their sparkle and improve their quality of life with personalised nutrition. Inspired by personal experience and professional work with my clients in different stages of their lives I have developed a special interest in gut health, improving energy levels and hormone balance in women's health. I offer personalised one-to-one programs for individuals, talks, workshops and corporate wellness solutions with a focus on practical nutrition solutions for busy people to feel and perform their best.It absolutely fascinates me how nutrition shapes our health and how it can be a powerful tool to help feel your best. I run an evidence based practice with a focus on realistic changes that empower people to make informed food and lifestyle choices to help shape their health in a positive way.Working with small businesses is especially rewarding as looking after your most valuable asset, yourself and your staff, is key. Creating a workplace, where corporate care empowers their people to do and achieve their best, offers an inspiring and uplifting work environment.
