Managed Repair and Overhaul (R&O) Programs for diverse customer base. Lead ISC Programs for Production of RF equipment. Drove internal team to address and close corrective actions of over 100 simultaneous Corrective Action Reports identified during Network Audits. Responsible to lead a cross functional team in the relocation of repair and new production lines from a site being closed to our receiving site. Managed several aircraft development and modification programs ranging in size from $1M to $30M+ for commercial and department of defense programs. Extensive experience in proposal development for commercial and government customers. Vast expereince using best practices for program planning and performance management including Integrated Master Schedules and Earned Value Management Systems.
