Analytics has always been my edge. Telling stories and inferring meaning for future actions are like discovering treasures for me, it’s fun and rewarding. Banking has been my home ground for growth. I’ve worked in fraud and scams, credit risk, customer communications, home buying, financial crime operations, and data delivery over the past 13+ years. During that time, I led incredible teams, delivered tangible business outcomes, helped people develop and made many lasting professional relationships. I show case the craft of analytics lies in its story-telling power and automation magic, delivering emotion-invoking and actionable insights with seamless execution in systems to bring value to life. Now, adding on AI-augmented experience with human centred design principles to transform our ways of working, I am grateful for this opportunity to explore AI-powered solutions and lead the way on future of analytics.
