About Lin Yonghui

I am a highly responsible individual looking for a career change in chemical process design and engineering. My keen interest in process design and innovative mind has led to good results in University’s final year group project (design of a corn-to-butanol plant) and individual project (Production of Isopropyl Alcohol production using reactive distillation). The latter was eventually handpicked by professor and selected as a keynote presentation by the moderators of 2nd Asia-Pacific Symposium on Process Intensification & Sustainability 2015 Conference, a renowned conference for process professionals, held in Australia. My current role as a project engineer has demonstrated my competencies in project management in the oil and gas industries. I have also developed a firm sense of responsibility and capacity to work hard under pressure to meet tight project deadlines and ensuring compliance to stringent project specifications, especially in hazardous environment. In addition to the soft skills, technical skills such as design of process analyzer and sampling systems were also acquired.
