About Lin You
I graduated from Peking University's organic chemistry Ph.D. program in January 2016, where I completed my thesis work in Zhen Yang's laboratory. My research focused on the total synthesis of Schindilactone A and the asymmetric total synthesis of (+)-Propindilactone G. After that, I joined the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as a postdoctoral researcher in Professor Chuo Chen's group. Over the five years of collaboration with Prof. Chen, I have been actively involved in medicinal chemistry projects related to the Wnt pathway, targeted immunotherapy using antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and Tankyrases (PARP5) degradation via proteolysis targeting chimeras (PROTACs).
