As the Executive Director at NSRH, I’m on a mission to transform healthcare providing education and training in sexual and reproductive healthcare to nurses and other healthcare professionals. This work is deeply rooted in the desire to advance equitable, inclusive healthcare for all, especially historically marginalized communities.For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated my career to advancing social justice and equity across various sectors; healthcare, higher education, youth services, cooperative real estate, and philanthropy. At NSRH, I’ve led initiatives that have expanded our reach and impact, directly contributing to a more inclusive healthcare landscape. Through my leadership, NSRH has seen significant growth in both engagement and impact. We’ve built partnerships, expanded our educational programs, and created new opportunities for leaders in healthcare to connect and collaborate. The metrics reflect our success, but it’s the stories of those we’ve empowered that truly showcase our impact.My work at NSRH is more than a job; it’s a commitment to ensuring that all communities receive the comprehensive, dignified healthcare they deserve.My expertise includes strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership within nonprofits and higher education.My skills lie in creating strategic, sustainable programs and fostering environments where diverse voices can be heard and valued.In addition to my work with NSRH, I am also co-creating We Cypher, a vibrant online community dedicated to empowering BIPOC professionals, and their allies, engaged in purpose-driven work by fostering resources and opportunities for collaboration, learning, and growth. This work stems from my passion for creating spaces where leaders—especially those from marginalized communities—can thrive, collaborate, and drive meaningful change. I am passionate about continuing my work with NSRH while also nurturing We Cypher and launching Be Wildseed, a consulting practice dedicated to helping leaders find balance, purpose, and joy in their work.If you’re dedicated to advancing equity in healthcare and empowering communities, let’s connect.
