About Lina Maria Mora

Since starting with MCEC in 2014 as a food and beverage attendant, I have been involved in event and conference activities such as room setups and food & beverage. I am also trusted to provide orientation and training for new starters as well as an acting team leader when required. Before joining MCEC, I have approximately 5 years’ experience working in office environments with key responsibilities including managing the day to day office operations and external communication with customers. The majority of my experience has been in the manufacturing industry where I coordinated the manufacturing of products for large international companies such as General Motors, Renault, Schréder, Roy Alpha and 3M. I have training and experience in: • Office administration • Management accounting • Development of programs and policies for security, occupational health and environmental controls • Implementation of quality management systems under ISO 9001:2008 • Industrial engineering • Implementation of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance); and • Business Administration
