About Lina Poveda

I’m a passionate and purpose-driven individual with a strong interest in people management and meaningful human connection. I studied Film and Television at Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano, where I discovered my love for leading teams, organizing productions, and supporting creative processes from behind the scenes. Over the past 6 years, I’ve been an active member of AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organization, recognized by the UN and UNESCO for over 70 years of experience in leadership development. This journey has allowed me to explore different leadership experiences both in AIESEC in Colombia and AIESEC in the UK, shaping me into someone more grounded, confident, and people-centered. Through AIESEC, I’ve had the opportunity to grow in diverse environments, collaborate with individuals from all over the world, and contribute to impactful projects focused on youth leadership and cross-cultural understanding. It’s through this experience that I’ve found my purpose in creating spaces that empower others and drive meaningful change.
