As a Test Manager at Open Reply, I have built a strong foundation in Quality Assurance, leveraging my expertise in mostly manual but also automated testing. With over four years of experience in Agile environments, I specialise in Mobile and Web Testing as well as API testing, and Release Management, using tools like Playwright, Postman, Charles Proxy, and Jira. I’m passionate about ensuring the highest standards of quality across all stages of the development lifecycle. My background also includes hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) – such as Storyblok –, Regression and Integration Testing, and using platforms like Qase and X-ray to track and manage test cases. I’m well-versed in collaborating within Scrum teams and enjoy mentoring new hires, helping them build a solid understanding of QA practices. Through my studies in English-Speaking Cultures as well as Language Science at the University of Bremen, I combine my technical skills with strong communication abilities, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and clear, concise documentation.
