About Linas Paulius

I’m an experienced business leader and team builder — and the proud owner of Paul Davis Restoration of DuPage County, IL, a well-established, 16-year-old business helping people through some of life’s toughest moments: Water • Fire • Mold • Storm • Biohazard Remediation — with full services from mitigation to reconstruction. Before taking on this role, I spent over 15 years as a media and marketing executive, leading teams and driving results across digital marketing, cross-channel strategy, performance marketing, and client engagement. I had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of brands — from startups to multimillion-dollar enterprises — always focused on delivering growth and building customer loyalty. Now, I bring those same leadership principles — clear vision, strong execution, and a relentless focus on the customer — to running my own business. I lead a highly experienced, IICRC-certified team, delivering trusted 24/7 restoration services to DuPage County and the Chicago area. We work with homeowners, businesses, insurance partners, and commercial clients — helping people through some of their most challenging moments with professionalism, compassion, and care. What drives me? Building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, creating a great place to work, and making a positive impact in my community. If you’d like to connect — or if you or your network ever need help with water, fire, mold, trauma, or reconstruction — I’m always happy to talk
