Over 18 years in the oil & gas industry, working in management roles constructing & commissioning gas treatment plants, including extensive process piping & pressure vessel experience for all services. Over the years I have been charged with the installation of 6 main cryogenic heat exchangers & cryogenic piping as well as MR, PR & MCHE compressors, propane services. Management positions as part of teams commissioning of process plants. Including 6+ years offshore experience as core crew team leader for both offshore construction projects & platform maintenance & shutdowns. 10 years’ experience in management positions constructing & commissioning Iron Ore & Lithium mining processing plants as well as maintenance projects & shutdown scopes. Tendering projects with budgets 25M plus. Liaising with clients & building relationships. Coordinating all offsite Engineering / fabrication / Third party contractor requirements. Developing schedules & reporting on budget & progress weekly. Excellent understanding of HSE policies. Develop & manage QA/QC work packs, documentation, compile & submit MDR’s Build & support teams with office-based project management as well as onsite execution Conducting detailed hazard analysis resulting in a safer working environment. Including development & review/update of CRAW. Committed involvement with behavioural based safety, risk assessments, safety inspections & audits. As well as incident investigations with ICAM, tap root & just cause methods.
